His abs are way off, they look really weird. Her pose if stiff as fuck, bent the neck, it looks like she's forcing herself to touch the deek while going "nopenopenopenope". Is she lying on the bed? If so you did a poor job. If not, you should put the guy further out towards the edge, because right now, her torso is too long. And her weight has to go somewhere, when she leans over like that. That should be the elbows which she uses to support herself, or the stomach if she lies down. Hope some of this helps.

Also, don't think because you draw sexual intercourse, it's erotic. Try to exaggerate more. Camera angle, poses, fluids and perspective. By altering such elements you can make the picture pop more and get that erotic feel.

And practise anatomy. A lot.

Fetish shit makes it easy to stand out because most of it is awful, but the clients are shit.

Currently there's a slight shortage of bara, almost-loli or just chicks with tasteful boobs, muscle shota and humorous erotica. There might not be the demand but I know quite a few people prefer it. You can make a killing with traditional art just because no one does it and it stands out and the same is true for full blown digital painting. The real trick is just to make your thumbails stand out with good values, dynamic poses and avoiding the color palette everyone else is using.

Tbh I think you need to redo some basic anatomy. Lots of things wrong with it, like:

My only gripe is the hidden side of his face. The cheek bone is far too flat for what I suspect the edge of his face to be in comparison to the cheek bone we see. Also not showing the hints of his right eye makes it look unfinished.
You can still get away with not showing more detail on that right sliver of his face if you raise his brow arch higher and just have the eye socket get lost behind the profile of his nose. And then just have a peek of the top of his cheek bone.

As simple as this is, slap down some perspective lines and see where it gets you. At this point everything's a different size and facing different directions. Try and have some sort of idea of an environment even if it doesn't make it into the final picture.
