Guys I think we need to adapt with AI and I'm not baiting or trolling. I think if we "Learn" and to everything the old traditional way, at least if we want to make it into a job, there is no way around it now. Employers don't give a flying fuck on how you do it, they only want the result, the same thing with customers SADLY. I don't like it, but it's the way it is.

From now on I will do poses with AI and backgrounds. Now I am free to chose the best composition I have in my mind, because that was the thing I was the best at anyways. I will still draw on the faces and details of clothing etc, but the raw poses and background will get generated from now on. Hate on me all you want, but maybe direct the hate towards the jews that invented the tech and not us who need to adapt.

Unfortunately I couldn't find too many pics of Gaston from a full front view (most were at a 3/4 or otherwise angled view) and used a mixture of someone's fanart and the angled pics.

I'm not the best at this (I am in the /beg/ thread after all), but from what I understand, shading's only one aspect to it. Remember that the face isn't a 2D plane but a 3D form. Drawing features according to how they're located on the form (for example, properly in perspective and correctly "wrapping" around the form) is another piece of the puzzle, imo.

Nah you don't really need guidelines or loomis heads, you are what you practice, with enough work and study you can make great artwork without guidlines but the learning curve for making things proportionally/anatomically correct will be higher.

What I really think you should focus on is line quality and more specifically, good god anon why the fuck are you draw 20 fucking lines for a single shape when 1-3 would suffice. Your work is fine but it has this sketchy un-confidence to it. Please draw slower or create quick strokes one of the two if you can't draw an arm or a leg without spending 20 strokes, study the contours using photo reference and use as few lines as possible, if you mess up just start over, it'll help you a lot more

gesture line + composition.
just break down the scene into 9 boxes. like with a tictac toe pattern and put the focal points where the lines intersect.
on this one i'd zoomed out a bit you kinda have a nice curve going from her head to her foot but nothing is there at the end. maybe draw whoever she is running from all small down there. like she left them in the dust. also be more intentional with why her hair is sweeping, it can convey motion and such.

Two possible methods you want to try:
- Intentionally go as fast as possible - Be as loose as possible with your lines / shapes.
- "Slow is fast" approach: Don't worry about speed, but worry about getting things right on the first try: https://gm3.medium.com/slow-is-smooth-smooth-is-fast-1c33b37a5960
idk which one will work better for you, but you should try it out. Another thing you could do is mentally time yourself on each part of the image and then see what takes the longest. Then, start trying to get faster at the longest task

Ask around the video course thread for the link. There should be 4-5 videos where he teaches/shows you how to draw these.
The main point is not accuracy but capturing the pose, feeling the flow of the body.
You use curvy lines to capture the flow and then use countour lines to show the form and direction of the body parts. Also, learn contrapposto(balancing the body) and a little bit of mesurement when drawing these :)

You have some placement issues in some of these. Most noticeably in the necks. You're moving it too far back from the pit of the clavicles. Most of your drawing is fine, I quite like the shape and overall feel of the breasts. The other problems I have with it are the placement of the breast furthest from us, her arm and the stomach.

First, that breast isn't quite hanging from the ribcage, it should be closer to her torso. This isn't a torpedo breast issue either considering raita always has the lower portion of the breast swoop back into the torso.

The arm you drew has a bit of an awkward structure to it. You've over emphasized the medial epicondyle of the humerus, this stops my eye movement briefly at that point rather than continuing down the flow of the arm. Look at some of Keane's Tarzan drawings, observe the variety of straight and curves making the arm's contour more interesting to follow.

The stomach is a difficult connection to draw. From the belly button downward, there 2 mounds, one above the abdominals and another by the crotch. This cause a curve, then a straight into another curve (outlined in blue).
