Have you tried studying a scene from an anime? Pick any scene you like (like something with a dozen frames as most), extract each frame and replicate it. Then compare with your "disney-like" attempt and try to get what exactly differs.

How do i do clean lines like this?
Do i use the line tool or the line layer?

How do I achieve this kinda of look?
It looks complete yet it's not detailed or rendered or anything. It has some shading on the stockings but thats about it.

I'd even say coloring it from here would kinda ruin it as the lines indicate shadow and light in some parts.

So I have a really hard time with figure drawing and construction. Especially drawing characters I'm perspective.

What's a good construction method for drawing anime, especially the face. I've seen mikeymega on YouTube but I'm not really a fan of his style and I don't want to emulate it.

Also I know this drawing is shit, but is there anything positive about it? I've been having a bad day and could use some positivity.

I feel like the twisting of the hair is a bit confusing in the middle, it feels more like water that's combining than hair and the play on small/large shapes of it is kind of lackluster
the pixelated edge around the stock photo skeleton is really ugly and in general try to have more control over your mixed media background
all in all it reads really well but I also feel like it's a bit messy. I take it you use the blur tool a lot? and layer types like overlay dodge ect. or something like that? perhaps planning the shapes of the light and then adding them will help you out.
The image kinda starts falling apart because of this the moment you look at it past the initial "wow that looks cool" part

Tried to change the hair and removed the edge around the horse, I like a lot of anime artist who design hair sort of like liquid but I agree some of the shapes could be better. I pick all my colors by hand usually, and but I used posterization on the horse skeleton to kind of generate interesting shapes, and I like how it looks. I think spending more time designing the drawing than the raw drawing portion will help. you seem to want to go too quick too fast. it's ok to just sit there for a minute or even a few just thinking and looking what needs to happen next
You have a charm to your drawings but after a sketch, try planning out how you want the lighting to be, or how the hair falls on the face.
Take the horseshoe necklace for example: it's fine during the idea phase to just draw a symbol of a horseshoe and be like "alright a horseshoe necklace would be cool" but after that actually think about how it falls, is it heavy , what impact does it have on her dress, how can I best show off that it's a 3 dimensional object, in what way can I place it on the image where it feels realistic, but also compositionally make the drawing stronger.

Also, if the drawing is good, the painting will be good too, so it's fine to spend some extra time planning it
