I was crabbed so much I don't even have a sketchbook anymore. Every time I draw I'm constantly worried that every line isn't perfect or that I drew it wrong.

If that is the way you feel, I suggest just avoiding this place for a while. Personally, when I feel discouraged about drawing, I take a break to absorb some inspiration. I suggest just looking at some of your favorite art, seeking out some different art, watching good movies, stuff like that. Good luck, I know that the rut can feel endless, but you can always push through.

I used to have the same issue, OP. I plateaud so hard a few years back because I was afraid of getting out of my comfort zone and producing something "ugly". The way I got over it was dedicating a few pages to purposely drawing like shit and scribbling from the heart so that there was nowhere to go but up.
Fuck the nodraws and people who have nothing constructive to say, people like that are 1000x worse than any /beg/. And don't be afraid to take some time to yourself like >>6945692 said and unplug for a bit.

Don't listen to crabs. Do your best to stop visiting this place. The key to progressing is to not be stressed when you draw. Even pro level artists can still crab by being terrible teachers who also discourage you instead of doing the opposite
