I'm kinda kinda bored and burned out.
It just feels so pointless and I don't know what I want to do anymore.

I should at least start trying to draw comics, it just feels so frustrating trying to figure how out they work.

Also multi-page comics are time consuming. What you could consider doing is making simpler 1-page comic like webcomic and keep them light. Something that you can finish over the weekends. Ideas trumps over art quality. As long as what you drae is relatable or entertaining people will overlook the art quality.
