I have many scenes in my head that I wish to draw, but I'm unable to translate it into the page. Despite being able to SEE it in my head in full clarity, I need references to bring it into the page. Usually with this brush, I tend to be Super loose or gestural with my drawings. Or, I try to be anyways. I still feel I get too stiff sometimes. I would say do some cool action poses! Anime action poses tend to really bend the perspective in it's favor, giving things a very dynamic look, which I feel I need to practice.
With those same settings, currently working on this drawing as well to help with dynamic poses. Just started it, did a quick gesture, but I dunno, these settings lets me draw more loose. I just like semi-pixel feel/look during the rough for some reason. This character is supposed to be Tunic attacking with his(?) sword (zelda-like indie game). This one I want to put a lot of work into once I get more free time.

Pretty solid curve. I'm a bit rusty but I tried it out for a bit by mixing the pressure sensitivity with another brush it ended up becoming a fountain pen like brush. It was exactly a brush I wanted since it's quite similar to an artist I like.

Texture. Generally achieved by lots of brushstrokes, or using some kind of textured brush. It's a whole other skill to balance texture and smoothness though; too much and they just look unkempt, but too little and that happens. What program are you using? Generally, the blur tool's not for shading. It's for, you know, blurring. But you shouldn't even need it if you're using an airbrush for more distant shadows. You should probably stick to soft/hard round brushes for now, and maybe experiment with some watercolor if you're feeling snazzy. And of course, study how shapes actually receive/occlude light. You can get really far with smart usage of gradients, a hard brush, and a soft brush for bounce light.

How to draw better fur? Whenever I draw anthros my ability to color and texture fur is zero, I'd love to learn but every tutorial I find assumes you already kind of know how to.

the lighter spots around the eyes are going too low on your drawing, compare it to the screenshot you posted. It makes it look like her eyes are lower than they should be.
My only other critique is to take it easy with all the tufts of fur sticking out, it's a bit too visually noisy. Unless that's what you were going for
