Say I show them my drawings, next week they want to start drawing too and keep pestering me with questions about where to find good drawing books and what to do etc. Chances are they're gonna give up after 2 days, but it's still irritating to be put between lying to them like an asshole crab or helping them but giving away valuable info you really researched for months to find. There is huge difference between looking at how to draw faces on youtube and watching Michael Hampton on cgma.
