You're trying to understand the use of overlapping forms which is good but some of them do not make sense such as where the pectoral muscle would be connected to the humerus is either illustrated improperly or you forgot to define it and just left what's left over from the ribcage. Overlapping forms work when you have a clear distinction between what's in front and behind something but when you have two forms in front of you the illusion fails and the drawing becomes flat.

From what I see, you're using too much T lines, for example, 4 unnecessary overlapping happen at the right thigh.
Also the limbs are too big compare to the torso, make them more thin please. And when drawing loli character, you should not emphasize the deltoid and calf muscles too much.

People always tell me that my drawings lack form and to watch Vilpu, so when I saw that vilpu recommended using T lines to show form i went overboard with the T lines. Is there a way to show form without T lines, or how do I tone it down while still having form? I don't think Vilpu is wrong I feel like the drawing has form now and it helped but I don't know what the right amount of T lines should be.

Also yeah I'll definitely make the muscles smaller in the future, I made them bigger and more exaggerated to show form, it doesn't work.

T lines are a good way to show forms, but for young characters, you should focus them where major twisting and bending movements happen like at the waist, or where limbs join the torso, also the more foreshortened the figure, the more T lines could be used.
I would also recommend you to use short hatching contour lines to emphasize forms, look at how Jap artists do and study them.
Those two things should be placed strategically on the body, like Vilppu said, treat them as tools, you shouldn't add lines for the sake of adding lines.

A little context he's the last male on earth and looks like a girl so he can fit in without suspicion. There are basically monsters to fight but he can never kill a boss and feels a sense of existentialism since he has these abilities to fight but has to rely on others, he wonders if people need him at all leading to very low self esteem.
He's also hates crossdressing and constantly gets into situations where he might get a boner, that said he kind of has moments where he might like something girly.

Well for starters you can actually try to make a character sheet for the bloody character(pic related) if you are actually serious about developing a character. Exploring with doodles is fine and all but you want to have a consistant look to rely on.

As for other aspects in regards to actual character design its hard to comment on because the way you describe him is simply just being an overly shy person. It doesnt sound like a person who has a history.Where does he come from? Was he always a part of the world without males or did he get dragged into it by some unforseen apocalyptic event? If it was something like an apocalyptic event, what was he like before and how could that history influence the design elements? Based on what I see the bastard is wearing a school unform right? So he must have been suddenly dragged into this situation right? Being able to answer these questions should help influence the design(as well as help add more depth to your basic ass premise).

Look, just from a pure drawing perspective, I'd say just give her a "proper" hairstyle that actually exists. Having a ponytail and a braid feels like too much, and that braid you drew doesnt actually have a point of origin and makes the design needlessly assymetrical for no reason.

But here is the way I see it. Based on what Im shown, this is clearly his own type of disguise right? To blend in with the other girls? With that ,what you actually want is what he would dress like NORMALLY without needing to blend in. What you are showing us now is basically the DISGUISE of the character, what he needs to wear to blend in. His NORMAL get up will serve as a means to show us what he dresses like normally and how he is in his most comfortable state, and it can also serve to contrast from the DISGUISE.The clothes and how he styles his hair can be slightly feminine too,but it should show what hes like before having to put on a schoolgirl uniform.Think like Mulan but in reverse.

Not much I could really say that you haven't heard countless times if you've looked around on how to improve.

Being goal oriented helps a lot. Have small goals you can work into your repertoire in a few months time as well as long term goals over a year without getting over ambitious thinking you can do it in an unreasonable time. Knowing how you learn and what resonates with you helps too. Maybe you're not good at learning on your own, maybe you can't grasp something with reading alone, maybe you need a demo, a video or and combination of them. Knowing how you learn and what helps get the info across is important to your growth.

Keeping things in perspective in terms of how long it will take. It takes years to learn how to draw and is essentially a lifetime commitment. Understanding that the fundamentals isn't something you grind and graduate from, but you upkeep like going to the gym. Learning to draw is like spinning plates, you need to give everything the time it needs and forgetting any one will only begin to make things fall apart.

If you're going to be self taught you have to be able to hold yourself to your goals; No one is going to dog on you to get work done and no one can do the work for you to improve. If you want it to be a career you have to treat it like one. You can't just decide that you're not going to show up to work because you don't feel like it or are not inspired. You have to make the most of your time, even when you're not up for it.

On a side note, blanket questions can only really get you blanket responses. If you can find the right mentors and present specific questions about you work it would do you a lot better. Hey anons, not exactly drawing, but I'm trying to make a story LOOSELY based on Degrees of Lewdity and I need an opinion
The character is a freshman schoolgirl, she's a teacher's pet, wears oversized glasses, freckles, braided hair, all that. She's also got a pretty slammin' body, she's thick in the right places and she's got a modest pair of breasts on her. Obviously, the story is gonna end up pretty smutty, so I need to know what sounds hotter for character development:

Most defiantly yes.

I'm only one person. That's just my experience up until now and obviously doesn't include things that I don't understand or have yet to discover. Anyone's advice, including my own, can only take as far as they are currently and are subject to evolve overtime. The only other thing I could think of say is you shouldn't take any one source as gospel and treat it like its the only truth. When it comes to drawing there are several ways do almost everything. Try to experiment with new methods and techniques from different sources. Take the things that make sense and dump what doesn't, as long as you give them an honest effort. You got to weigh the pros and cons on info you take in constantly and don't just do things because you're "supposed" to.

As for a timer you really need on that only counts your time in your given program for more accurate time; A normal timer is going to be as useful as no timer at all. I use Work.exe, Its extremely basic and it has a timeout function for inactivity. It does everything I need and I log longer works in a notepad file. I have no experience with Manic Timer, but its the other one I see floating around.

Hey Anon, the way I approach strands of hair is a derivative from my skill set I use for drapery. In order to do drapery without getting frustrated you really need to have a good grasp on your forms; A good way to practice that is do make some cross contours on some objects, both primitives and of your own design.

I find my work lacks interest or appeal and that in itself is my major 2021 goal, to work on my composition; Last year was to just get decent looking figures/faces because they were awful and I'm guilty of figures standing in purgatory. After I put my perspective knowledge into practical use, building environments, placing characters in them and setting proper cameras angles, I want to look into setting up something.
