look at various artists who draw girls you think are pretty, and study the features that achieve that attractiveness (size of the eyes, nose, mouth, lip shape, how tall or wide the face is, expressions, etc.)
pinup artists are a good enough place to begin. realistic conventional women that are a starting point where you can get a strong grasp on facial anatomy, then exaggerate or minimize, make them unique, see what works and personally appeals to you.

keep in mind though that western artists follow western ideals, and ideas of attractiveness can change over the years. it's a good idea to look at how other cultures view beauty, as well as how they evolved over the years to have stronger variety in your faces and a better grasp on what constitutes as beautiful.
as an example, in ancient japan, fox-faced/kitsune-gao women who had a narrow face, close-set eyes, thin eyebrows, and high cheekbones were seen as highly attractive - very different from the 'moeblobs' you see in modern anime!
same as how a painting of a baron's wife in the 16th century has few similarities to someone drawing a pretty portrait of their favorite waifu in 2020.
