Cuuute.. If I could say one bit of concrit, the right (our right) arm should be a little more left. The armpit is shown a little too much when the hand is positioned a little more forwards. Either the hand should go back a little (behind the butt) or the upper arm should go forward (left) a little more.

How to draw hair?

Remember that hair grows from the top of the scalp and flows when it stops touching the head.
It has some weight that makes it gravitate to the center of the body unless there's another force acting on it, in which case it flows to that force.
The most important thing to remember is that it curves around the shape of the scalp and flows when it doesn't.

I'd say the perspective for that head angle doesn't really line up with the perspective of your overall picture... But that's not a big deal.
That said, you're expanding the size of her cranium. Just because she's looking down, it doesn't mean her skull will balloon. I cannot draw or redline for you right now, but I'd remove an "inch" of her skull off the top. It's comparable to you adding more skull instead of more hair volume... I'm sorry I'm drunk so I can't explain it the best. I hope someone else can come along and help you with this particular issue.
Also to note, her face skin tone and body skin tone are a bit different. I'd reduce the pink glow around her face or blend it more... I'm also not understanding your light sources, but since her legs have a green light coming from the left, shouldn't the light on her head and shoulder also be green?

how long does one sketch take you?

there is little point in improving individual spots of those sketches, you should not worry about how any single sketch looks.

try to focus on some general area to improve. for example copy one reference, decide that you want to improve on the face (or legs, clothing, hair, gesture etc) copy just that part another handful of times, deconstruct it, exaggerate it etc and then draw the whole reference again and compare if you have gotten better in that part.

hmm whats with the bounce light near the knee interesting choice of color. Only thing I'd say is the pants color maybe could add some pockets of transiton to make it look more transparent. You could also put more transitional tones in the hair. I feel like if her right side of the face is slightly blocking light shouldnt a shadow extend up her face a bit more than that?
