What's the best way to go about adding a dick to this one? I'm really struggling to imagine the placement.

The hips are posed very differently in the drawing as compared to the photo - they feel drawn as viewed straight on as opposed to viewed from a high perspective as in the photo (the camera is at about mouth level in the photo and her hips are tilted towards us, so we're seeing a lot more of the top of the pelvis cube than you're showing in your construction). As such, I think you're going to have a hard time finding a placement that doesn't feel strange. As her hips are tilted in the photo, the dick would be originate right on top of the spot where her pantslegs meet and there's sort of a darker gray downplane.

I feel so lost with values on top of every other struggle learning art brings. I guess it’ll be this way for many more years. Left was last nights attempt and I redid it today on right, I tried referencing an artists values I enjoy but it didn’t work out so well anyway. Gonna focus on figure drawing this weekend

After coming up with an interesting shape for all of it, i locked the layer, erased some random parts and used the dodge tool on some other parts, blurred some of it, added highlights and contact shadows and that's it. I'd recommend you just try copying some people who are really good at working with ink. You can of course do it all yourself but that's gonna take a long time. I'd recommend Ben McSweeny, Lipatov, Tradd Moore and Itoh Sei for some examples of ink work. Overall I feel like you are trying to be too loose with it. You can get away with something like this for pencils but ink is fucking brutal to any mistakes.
