Best place is honestly starting with the 2011 anime. It's really good, not just for idol anime, but in general. The games are significantly harder to get into though because they'll never be localized and many of them aren't even translated.

I've been drawing a looonnngg time, honestly I don't know how good I'd be to learn from because I've seen many people get much better than me in a fraction of the time.

If you're curious though, of course a ton of life drawing and studying how the body is constructed out of basic forms; no matter how much you do it's never enough. I only learned of Loomis and Vilppu and Hampton after coming to /ic/, which are all excellent, but one book series I loved when I was starting out was Sketching Manga-Style because I really like how they simplify the body. For animation, The Animator's Survival Kit has a clear line of progression so you can learn the basics on your own, and even when doing individual illustrations I've been trained to draw like an animator. And as for videos, I like Sycra, Kienan Lafferty, and Marco Bucci, though that's mostly for learning how to paint because I still got no goddamn clue lol
