sweetie, i have a few of those books (1 2 3 6 20). I can upload them for you but beware, the art is absolutely outdated as fuck. they were made in the 80s and they fucking suck, you can tell by the proportions. you're better off finding new ones.
in the case of some of them (mostly those oriented about fighting or clothes), it's just a coomer book with nothing worth inside (just a girl in the same pose in different angles), no explanation or anything.

ok uploaded those I have. don't waste too much of your time on these, they're pretty much garbage (especially volume 1, 4, 20. I don't have 4 there but I've read through it and it's shit, really), but do go through each at least once or twice, maybe you can find some reference. some of them ARE alright though and eve, pretty good iirc, but most will teach you little so make sure to not mass delete after seeing just one or two bad books lol.

No. There's no money in it. The people who earnestly want to learn to draw anime style can learn better from sources like Youtube - something that didn't exist when books like this were a thing.

You'd do just as well to simply look at classic manga and make note of certain trends in the way things were drawn.

Also, you need to draw traditionally. You will never get that oldschool look on a computer no matter how many meme brushes you download

I think they *would* be useful. I'm very fond of older styles, and these would fit right in.

The only modern one I know is the Hetappi Returns one by Murata and that one isn't even translated.
