You can make a screen name for yourself and also an email address without your name in it, so most people wont know your personal info. but you need to give PayPal your full name, address etc so if anyone want to get that information on you they can.

This, also what I did is open a bank account using my grandfather's info with his consent and presence,
create a paypal using his name and link his bank account.
Then I use a screen name for NSFW commissions and advertising/promotion
and use his account to receive money.
Basically my grandfather is oblivious about the transactions because I run his account
since he's too old for that and he has another main bank account of his own, the new account is useless for him.
I forward the money from his paypal to my paypal,
There will be costs in transferring money so you need to consider that when pricing.
Who cares knowing the name of some old man,
grandfather doesn't use internet much and nobody's gonna care.
I told him I'm using his account for proper separate budget
