There is clearly some planning behind this work, there are sketch lines before the the ink outlines. The colors were tested before applying. She probably used a reference. It surely took more than 10 minutes if you count the thought put on it. But in the end maybe is just the therm doodle being used loosely, and not some conspiracy to get attention.

Is this thread full of /beg/s or something? This is clearly a doodle and not a fully rendered piece. It’s a headshot with minimal shading that probably took 30-60 mins ffs, not the hours upon hours this artist probably usually spends on a full piece. If this is what constitutes as a full drawing to you and the only way you could ever conceptualise this as saying it’s a doodle is because they’re looking for attention, you are not only an idiot but an embarrassing dunning kruger who lacks the self awareness to understand by claiming it’s done as a means for attention, you are really just telling everyone else you are bad at art if this is what your standards are for a finished piece.

It's a sketch to be certain. most of the time is probably taken building the structure of the character. Since it's a simple comic/cartoon style, inking doesn't take that long. The artist is using watercolors to paint it rather quickly.

If the artist is familiar with the character, and all the tools are set up and ready to go, it could be done in 15-30 min.

The annoying thing about all this is that everyone's pushing the narrative that "talent doesn't exist" and "it's all hard work" (both of which are half truths) but then they push their art through a network of little lies and bullshit in order to look like they're straight up talented.
