This looks mostly great. I think the only glaring issue at first glance for me are the breasts. It looks like one of three things:

A) Her tits are extremely saggy, and her clothes aren't showing this because they're hard
B) Her tits are large and fill out her clothes

Ideally you want people to not have to guess which one it is and go straight to "B" (assuming you want to appeal to as many people as possible). You don't need to have hard nipples poking the clothes or whatever to even show it. The skin is the key part here - you want to make the skin part of the breasts pop out a bit more so that the imagination fills in the rest, rather than this weird mixture of big boobs but also not so big or firm underneath type of look.

I think if you drew just a little more of her legs this would read a bit better. As is, it almost looks like her legs are two different sizes. Her left arm is impossible to read but I assume you have plans to color/shade this to give that part form. Hand isn't perfect but it's not too bad. From this angle we should be able to see more of her fingers though. I also slightly moved her ear down, it looked kinda goofy being so high up, but maybe that's the intention since she's a clown and all.
