No. We all learn by imitating other styles and there’s only so many ways you can draw or paint a thing. There is bound to be overlap. Just be the best you can be and stop feeling threatened/jealous by other talent.

Artists have been copying each other's styles for thousands of years. That's why you see a progression of artistic styles through time.

I've copied other artists for years, so when people copy me I see it as continuing the cycle

With the sheer numbers of artists out there, styles of any two artists are going to inevitably look similar.

If it was, then most moeblob anime or specific era capeshit would widely be considered stealing.
Unless you're tracing, you'll be fine. All artists build their work on those that came before them.
"Art style theft" tends to be something that deviantart retards screech about, while the industry doesn't give a shit. (Also, notice how it's wrong to copy an another small artist, but building your entire style around imitating Dragon Ball or Sailor Moon is considered acceptable.)
