I'm finally making it bros, I found the solution to being poor. On Sunday, some fucker was in my dA notes asking if I did commissions, and when I handed him my prices he said "oof, that's a bit pricey" when it was actually a super good fucking deal.

Well you know what? I literally bumped my prices and make a proper, high-effort commission list the next day, and holy fuck. I've made $500 in TWO days, and I have another $75 incoming soon. I've never had so much interest in my stuff, it's amazing.

Who fucking knew the key to getting interest on is to just say 'fuck it' and make people pay you a ton more. Inflate that sense of worth. I advise all of you to seriously start raising your prices as well, it feels great.

Anatomy isnt too bad- but your pose is very odd. Looks like she's fist bumping, falling over a bit, suggestively lifting her shirt, and dancing at the same time. You just sort of put limbs in different places, which, sure it's dynamic, but I have no idea what she is doing. Also her eyes are a bit different in size, since shes looking straight ahead you could even ctrl-v her left eye over her left.

sometimes i like to take photos and try to draw figures into the picture while trying to make them feel believable.
if you combine this with actively looking for interesting angles to base your poses and compositions of off, you'll be able to get the hang of more interesting poses/perspectives.

Question about line work, frens:

I'm developing my line art style where I do the line work in a beige/flesh color/anything but black, then go back and do a partial inking where I put opaque black in recessed areas and lines I want to accentuate. I love the way it looks and think it adds soul, but does anyone notice or care besides me? Is it worth the trouble and should I keep doing it?

I like this I think it's good I don't think that the critique the cranium is too small is wrong but also if you look at the source material I'm pretty sure that's how they draw Batman and I think the idea is is the mask wraps all around the head and looks more like a cylinder and the musculature is meant to be so over the top that he does look on proportional or rather the head look small by comparison. Either way I think you nailed it.

It's really cool that you're not afraid to tackle such a complex scene, I don't see a lot of that around here.

The way you ink things is doing you a disservice though, since everything has the same linewidth the scene gets somewhat confusing and cluttered to look at. Try using some more lineweight and taking the lightsource(s) into account when inking, and/or use thicker lines for more close-up elements and thinner ones for stuff that is further away. It'll make a world of difference in regards to how clearly the piece reads.
