I think aptitude is a better word than "talent".
I feel like talent implies that there's no skill/work involved. Hoppy has had an aptitude toward art from a young age, therefore he is pretty decent at it at a young age.
They're basically the same meaning, but it's flat out wrong to say someone doesn't have "talent". Banana might not have a "talent" for visual media, but I'm sure he's got talent for other things.

Just compare their two galleries, they both have 15 pages of submissions, but Hoppy has that many in less than a year while Banana has that many in over two years. Plus even though Hoppy's fundies are far from perfect, he finishes pieces constantly while Banana have very few complete works. I think the idea of craativity as some sort of magical thing you either have or lack is kind of dumb too tbqh.
I used to really struggle with creating original ideas, I had a long time where I exclusively drew fanart and struggled to make any ideas of my own. I eventually gave up on doing fanart cause I got tired of fandom and set out to make something of my own, and it was insanely hard for me to just make something new. But after a few years of trying to do it, I come up with new ideas for stories and characters all the time, and I feel more comfortable coming up with original ideas than drawing other people's ideas. I genuinely think creativity is something you can develop, like any other skill.

I think creativity is a derivation of wisdom x passion. Knowledge does no good without the ability to interpret it into action. Likewise something sates when it is finely tuned to the underlying desire/ instinct. Work feels "on it" when it is felt, janky when it's forced. Both can be exercised and abused, and knowing how could save your life!

So to find the average over all you weight the first round higher than the second. drawing, art, or learning anything complex requires serious immersion in that thing, where your attention is on it fully and it's difficult to pull away from.
for me sometimes it takes an hour or two to just get into that, and some days i'm too distracted and can't immerse myself very much at all.
no idea what the average time spent is if there is such a statistic already, but for the past few weeks i've been drawing around 3-5 hours a day. for me it's not that much time though, and i'd like to try to do more.
