Step 1. learn perspective
Step 2. read loomis / favorite beginner construction to a basic level.
Step 3. select 1 (or 2 if they have similar styles) with loads of manga under their belt
Step 4. Go trough their work and select 1000 pages you like.
Step 5. save all of them into a folder ordered by number.
Step 6. Draw the pages as best as possible, each one should take 1 day (mangakas take 2-3 days to publish a whole chapter so its fair).
Step 7. Experiment with that mangaka style and branch out.
Step 8. Create a patreon

No one here can give you a list of what subjects to draw. You will need to draw what you're interested in. At the same time you must gain knowledge about proportion, perspective, edge, value etc and apply it to what you're currently drawing.

There is only one universal way to understand form and perspective, it does not matter how you achieve it, anime fundamentals are absolutely identical to all other fundamentals. The style itself can be developed or learned by copying conventions of the artstyle over and over, seeing how Japanese artists simplify shapes and what they focus on, but that will not change the fact that fucking 3D shapes projected on to a 2D plane will always have universally the same fucking rules.

Loomis was never good. His teachings were already outdated by his own master's work, and later completely blown out by his co-student Reilly who developed the rythms method Vilppu based his own on.

Take Bridgman/Hampton and complement it with Reilly/Vilppu. Stop hurting yourself with Loomis, this is not a fucking joke.
