this is pretty much it because 100% the past 6months+ haven't been worth it. the reason i like the job is that it's pretty easy (for me anyway) and MOST times I can go home with enough energy to put into drawing which is the only thing I really care about. but too often now i come home too mentally and physically exhausted to put my best in drawing. sorry i just want to rant about this.

I don't get ''anxiety attacks'' like some kind of unhinged sissy, but I do get wrecked energy wise for the same reasons. It happens when you drink too much caffeine in a short period and then feel the crash. You need good sleep, plenty of nutrients, and to moderate caffeine intake. I try not to have any coffee past 2pm to not fuck with my sleep quality and not go past 3/4 cups.

Consider buying packs of mixed vegetables and making veg soup for lunch. Bit of powdered bouillon or any other seasoning to taste. You can throw in meat, noodles, spring onions, celery leaves you name it

Being really optimistic here but I'm working on my first original piece and it's by far the most complex work I've ever done. And while I only have the rough sketch and I'm sure even the end piece isn't going to be a masterpiece by any means, I'm actually really happy with it so far and for the first time I feel like I've successfully expressed what's in my mind. They manage them however they can, using whatever tools they can get their hands on, whether it's responsibilities, drawing what they love, forcing themselves, just to keep the ball rolling. You must find what you love the most, any kind of subject, whatever has grabbed your heart and soul as long as you can remember, and draw it. It will be bad, it will by no means always be the best one, the demons will always pop back up on your shoulder but you must analyze it without letting it reflect on you as a person. It's not your worth, it's a stepping stone on your road and the road is good. You must experiment and find what kind of drawing, of moving your hands, gives you joy, so that in doing it you will be compelled to keep going. That's how you keep the demons at bay
