boobs are made of fat on top of the pecs. the more you do intense workouts the more fat you lose.
less fat=smaller boobs
especially at bodybuilding levels of training they cut fat massively to have their muscles show through the skin like that.

thats really good. blend it more to achieve the smooth look. the high contrast between her skin and her skin folds messes up the form and makes it look harsh.

I think you're not committing to dramatic lighting enough, the renderings ok but the whole piece is thrown off by shitty colour scheme due to odd lighting choice according to subject matter. be a little bit bolder in these facets

Your values are flat, everything is lit about the same. Classical art and your references all use really selective lighting

There's too much shitty red shifting in the shading, you need hue shifts but try to maintain more control over the saturation. Other than that it's grey and drab city with the shadows and overall value shifts. Skintones typically get more yellow as they brighten. You can get away with a more modest hue range but you need a very careful use of greys to make the local tone pop

You use the same method for rendering forms overlapping other forms as standalone shapes, the former usually need less thin dark lines to look convincing
