The pose is impossible. That's not what her hips and legs would look like in a pose like that.

Her spine is broken

The breasts....no. Complete fail there.

The ankles and feet are a complete cop out.

The torso is completely wrong.

If he paid you for this, do the right thing, give him a full refund, and start over. You have much more work to do before tackling something like this, and that's not even getting into the other massive issues with the rest of the work.

Slow down, and commit to learning. You're not ready for commissions yet. At all.

A normie (in this case, a person who does not draw) will not know what its wrong in the piece, it may think it looks like this due to the stylization, but your pic is hideous bro, like really really weak, your values are somewhat okey, nice touch having her do silloute against the lighter wolf instead of going with the cheap trick of using the black wolf, so thats some good points on my book,

As for the breasts, he wanted them huge and natural looking. Which I admit I’m not use to drawing. And I’ve told him I’m not use to doing nudes and that he isn’t going to get exactly frazetta, since he’s a master at art. He really wanted me to draw it though. If he doesn’t like it I would respectfully refund him. Anyways. Can you help me red line this and explain how her body is wrong?

This isn't something red lining would help with. The entire figure needs to be redone, from the ground up. I'm not going to do your work for you, if it was a slight alteration or a line slightly off, sure, but you simply need to go back to the start and learn anatomy better. This looks like you took a Playboy picture and copy and pasted her head and arm onto it, redlining won't fix that.

PS - the size of the breasts isn't the issue. The problem is that they don't work like that. At all.

You do what you want. To me, the right thing to do is refund him, and let him hire someone more skilled at this kind of work, and spend another year or two studying anatomy, and Frazetta, on top of everything else painting related, like value, texture, brushwork, and composition, before even thinking about taking commissions. And, a figure drawing/painting class is definitely something you should be looking into.

Again, good attempt, but this is above your skill level. This isn't a redline issue, this is a "you can't do this yet" issue.
