check out videos of GI tract cameras that are used for treatment and discovery, they're by no means super hd cameras but they are detailed enough to discern tiny anomalies so doctors can work on them. beyond that, some 3d modelers who might do vore like notboogie are pretty detailed with the few models they've made. im a massive vorefag so i know that beyond that kind of thing you'd be better off looking around in VERY good guro artists and crossing your fingers.
