So its pearl. Shes supposed to have a big nose. What i cant figure out is wrong with the shape of her head that looks just off.

Necks don't start behind the earlobe and the forehead looks too bulbous. I understand its meant to be more cartoony proportions but I would try overlay a profile view skull over the top to see where you're going wrong.

Oh buddy, where do I even start?
>Nose
The nose starts off from a little above the eye and then it goes down (becoming larger since its pearl were talking about). You just stuck it on her and called it a day.
>eyes
Irises and pupils have dark outlines unless blind or diseased. She looks very blind.They are, at least, in the correct position.
>skull
Learn anatomy and look at how a skull works. I can see that the head is narrow.
>coloring
By god, it reminds me of when I went to tumblr. Color theory is your friend. That light blue doesn't work with the skin color. The hair looks half finished and the highlights don't make sense.
>Ear
is too large, and too low
>forehead
it juts out and the eyebrow is stuck to the eyelid instead of the forehead.

Bro what is that forehead bulge? It could pass as stylised if it was done right, but the way the hair is done makes this the lowest of the low deviant-artist tier. You should study using books and videos, because for me it seems like you are approaching art like it's something you can do right without ever studying.

Good call on the ear in the nose, it's looking better. However something still seems a little off maybe it's just the cartoony proportions. Perhaps the face is too long?
