I first came across this board around '11-'12. I wouldn't quite say this board had class but from what I remember it did used to be a lot more on topic, there were very few memes mainly just needs more Loomis, and people hated anime and furry, but there was always a significant weeb presence.

There was always weebshit but back then it was just a lot less prevalent. There was more elitism and anime was looked down upon. The typical response to someone posting anime was always go back to the fundamentals, anime is already stylized, you need to study more loomis. But there was still almost always amine. The threads I used to really like were collaboration threads, where an anon would start with one drawing, and other anons would start adding elements, anywhere from reshaping the entire drawing to simply adding something like clouds. I had a handful saved but I deleted them several years ago.
