Whenever I stumble across an artist, I don't particularly like for whatever reason, I just ignore them and go on about my day.
Going through this insta, I guess I can agree it, seem very superficial, but I can't care enough to be annoyed by it, it's a simple art style that appeals to the masses with a very clear message delivered in each drawing, so I can see why it's very appealing to, -ugh I hate using this word ''normies''. But then again, I'm not suicidal so maybe I can't relate to the topic at hand for these drawing to evoke any kind of emotion within me.

I agree with you OP, I think that’s a valid reason. Most times I see artists capitalizing on rape/abuse it’s usually as thinly veiled fetish art. And when they get exposed for what it really is, they either rebrand or start autistically screeching about ‘kinkshaming.’
