This is my fourth reply, there's another anon here. /ic/ is a catch 22 because 4chans nature is to be anonymous and artwork is unique and personal. 4chan has a bad reputation among normies for being autistic and/or racist so anyone with an actual stake in art irl doesn't post their shit here, which means most of what gets posted is beginner, garbage or weeb bullshit, which makes decent artists who might lurk or shitpost want to post their shit even less.

I mostly come on here when I'm tired after a long day in the studio or on my day off lol. Today I had to clean up a few watercolors but it's boring as hell so I needed something to entertain me while blending and lifting yet another small pool of pigment at the edge of a brushstroke or erasing another stray line from the graphite underdrawing
