here's a cooking recipe to make an Illastrat blotch mess painting:

get your ingredients ready:
- one internet pic of a rapper (or shitty selfie of yourself or your tattoo whale gf)
- a set of random colors, extra tube of pitch black
- brain damage
- small, cheap industrially produced canvas (hobby shop)

the success of your art is 20% raw skill. you have alot of room to improve and boost this piece to A grade material. It looks like your skipping over alot of things like the lower eye on the right, just putting the tattoo down rather than shading it properly. little things like that add up and take it to a C level.
