on a more positive note, the anatomy looks consistent and especially the hands look very well draw; the hair also improved as the years go on

the shading is a lot more simple on the latest one as well as the kawaii ugu face; overall i would say they did improve, but willingly sabotages their art to appeal to the weebs that give them the most feedback

Not really, there's other differences too, such as the placement of the facial features and their respective sizes and how they draw mouths as well. Tumblr face tends to feel super cramped because they can't draw subtle features, the lips are always full and exaggerated and everyone knows about the noses.
