The only thing I could think that maybe you could avoid it with would be like graphic design, and that's no guarantee. I have a couple GD majors in one of my nude classes, but might not be a requirement for them.

As far as fine art is concerned if you wanted to actually have a connection to the practice as an ancient tradition, you'd need to draw nudes. And if you really want to understand a subject it is best observed directly.

Then again universities will probably do their best to accommodate you if they see you as an Oppressed Minority Class®

Can't say for certain but there was a girl in my class that stayed for anatomy class, when she realized we're gonna talk about and see nude people she left and went home. No one said a thing, it was her choice to not participate.
