This is what DA does with you, it COMPLETELY stops you from getting any type of artistic progress. Why? Because everyone is too busy jerking eachother's off to throw out any advice or contructive criticism. Someone probably said something like "OMG UR TOO GOOD DONT YOU EVER STO DRAWIN LIKE DIS" 10 years ago, and look where you're at today. And I think if someone finds your art "SUPER MEGA AWSOMEH", I think that person has never seen a decent piece of art, is highly underage, must be straight out blind, or because they feel sorry for you.
And don't you come with "FUCK YOU THATS MUH STYLE" bullshit, because I don't think nobody likes to draw shitty "drawings" FOR 10 YEARS STRAIGHT.
When I was a teenager, I also loved drawing so much I drew almost every single day. The difference is, even WITHOUT anyone's criticism nor art schools, I studied images and pose references, and improved greatly over the years.
You should try out ConcepArt or 4chan's /ic/, they're great on getting you on the right path.

I'm not the best at hair but what I do is block in the base values and then go over with gradually smaller brushes, along with erasing where I need to (and adding highlights). basically he has around 1,500 pics of some hulk abusing women, all drawn in this "style" and quality, and uploads all of the pictures over and over again every few months. he deletes his account, makes a new one, and uploads the same pics. all 1,500 of them. so you have a very good chance of just innocently clicking "Newest" and seeing his shit. I've come across it in this fashion I think for the third or forth time today and I've been on dA for 6 months.
