the shapes ratios are all wrong and overall it looks almost completely flat
she's got very round and puffy face, your cheeks look sunken
I'd recommend going a bit darker with the shadows, even when the skin is this pale, but with lighting this soft and flat, you almost need to invent shadows to make it look 3D
