I used to draw a lot like you. I used ultra-thick lineart because I felt I couldn't get a smooth outline with a thinner brush. When you focus on making every line the perfect weight/shape, you often end up feeling like your sketches look more alive than your final lineart. That's because you lost the energy that was in those messier strokes. See the picture I've attached for an example of lineart which is very messy but extremely energetic as well. I would recommend trying to capture that feeling more in your art. Force: Dynamic Life Drawing is a great book about this. Also try to learn more about making your drawing feel more 3-dimensional.

You have a lot of room for improvement, but if you put in the work and are very patient I've no doubt you can achieve things well beyond what you think you're capable of.
