Make a solid color areola with no lines and no texture. Make it about 3 inches in diameter in relation to the character. Blur the edge of the areola about mid way where the transition is still there but not razor sharp or blured to nothing. To create a slight puff to the areola keep the edge thats facing away from the viewer sharper than the edge facing the viewer. Add highlights to one side and shadow to the other...remember that the nipple is a separate shape from the more broad areola shape. Also stop painting on such a bright background its burning your and our eyes.
