Watch the angle of the feet. If you do it yourself you'll see how uncomfortable it is to keep your legs turned out the opposite ways like that.Also watch the length of the arms, the arm w/ scroll is too short from the bicep area.

Cntrl paint has some stuff geared towards digital beginners.
Proko also does good beginner tutorials but he dives into teaching figure drawing if you wanna draw people.
