Yeh and no. When lights are reflected they carry a color in them. When it's reflected from grass and the objects are close to the floor they'll have all the colors will tend to green. If they reflect from a wall, the color of the wall, this plus the own color of the light itself will dictate how warm or cold the colours will be.
Frist you should establish from were is the light coming from and if it's cold or warm though.
I remeber that you did a painting were it was sunset and the color had no even the slight orange in them
