not bad your shading is very messy and nowt always going with the way it should dependent on each shape and shadow
also you're construction lines are too hard
try to use softer strokes so when you erase it then it will be less visible

anatomy should be proper before going into details like the armor and facial features
learn the proper proportions aswell

i can see you put some construction lines in the beginning but you seemed to have lost your way while doing detailing

idk much about anime art but knowing atleast the fundamentals of loonis would be helpful to draw anime girls
but you seem pretty skilled with it by yourself
i'd say start to learn cell shading and you'd be close to your aspiration

far too many pieces and things to slightly adjust but start by breaking apart the major things that need fixing i.e perspective, anatomy, then eventually values
