How high or low are chances of finding a decent female artist friend who isn't overly liberal or an sjw with neon dyed hair, covered in tattoos?

If it's necessary to know, I'm female myself, so no I'm not seek girls to bang. I am also more on the conservative side since I was born and used to live in a very conservative country. Just want a sketchbook buddy who doesn't get offended by everything I do.
