I usually study from chibi/moe artists I find online, mostly from splatoon artists and other vidya with cutesy style since that's what I'm into rn

It varies from artists but yeah it doesn't go that low from the circle. I wish I could explain it better ;w; my english is shitty

Pic related for example, if you trace a circle over her head, the cheeks/jaw/chin dont go that low. Chibis almost always use just the whole circle
