The first section of the fingers are going too far into the hand. I think your top hand is better than your bottom one.

I think your proportions are very off, it's not just the shoes, the man's thigh's, legs, and ass are all a bit small, and the arms and hands are a bit different sized, a the torso might be a bit stubby.

You can play with proportions and make an appealing cartoony or abstract figure, but I feel like your basic drawing is also poor and you'll just need more experience to develop.
