You should draw because you find it fun, even if it brings you pain you should still do it, the joy of trusting a line and sticking to it, the joy of being confused at what you're trying to draw but still doing it. That maybe one day you too can be your heroes, that's drawing.

I'm not proud of it, I'm ashamed, to expose one's shame and lack of honor is essential.
I've been posting snippets of my drawing routine, here's an unfinished hand, I failed at this, still not grasping the form.
Until I improve I won't leave this place.

Today I attempted gesture as taught on Vilppu's Drawing Manual only to find out I don't understand any of it, I failed yet again, everytime I draw I turn into crying due to my lack of skill or talent.
Tried to draw my hand using a bastardized incomplete and not practiced perception of construction, others starting out are doing better work.
