Any crit is appreciated, but has anyone drawn sandals / shoes on this angle? I'm also not convinced on the dress.

Imo it's a matter of preference. Take a good look at the pictures from the artists you like and see how they simplify whatever it's troubling you.
If you are slow like me, it's probably better to focus on one thing at the time (for example, see how they draw and paint (separately) legs, and compare it to your way, the try to incorporate whatever you like of them, and then move on to to other thing)

I think it's better to have fun experimenting that worrying about doing things right or not, especially since you pull like 5 drawings a day.
