Are you practicing gesture?
Are you comfortable with foreshortening?
Are you looking for inspiration and reference to do dynamic poses?

The first two are essential for your poses not to look static. While the construction of your torso and pelvis tells me you know how to use perspective, all of your limbs are set on the same flat "plane" at an equal distance from the camera, which essentially means your character is posing like a starfish. I think your pose also lacks a clear line of action - there's a weak double c-curve between the head, hips, and feet, and two arms that are unconvincingly pointed at random directions without anything else in the body's gesture indicating they are important.

Searching for reference is something all artists do. It is *crucial* for dynamic poses. Yes, even if you want to draw from imagination. The only way an artist will be able to draw a dynamic pose without reference is if they've studied and practiced drawing that pose before.

Also, either commit fully to your center of gravity, or commit fully to breaking it. Your character is either grounded or not. Your center of gravity is slightly back from your two legs but it's not clear if she's in motion, so it just looks like she'll topple back.

I just grabbed some random shit, it's not even the best, but look how that character has a clear arc going from her knee to her hand, and the arc actually goes in 3d. As the forearm angles away from the camera, we can situate the pose in a 3d space rather than have it constrained to a 2d plane, and this helps a lot with the dynamism.
