>pen keeps getting stuck on the depressions left by erased lines as I'm trying to capture the extremely subtle shapes humans can instantly decipher in an area that's like 4 centimeter tall

how the fuck do I avoid this

but it's a full body picture and the torso is taking up like all of an a4 paper on it's side
