I'd assume, that you are pretty new to digital art. No insult btw.
Maybe use another program/brush because I really do not like those brushes that are either black or white, if you know what I mean. A good program, you might consider is krita(free).

If you are drawing with a mouse I would recommend, that you pick up a drawing tablet.

Imo the upper body is not that bad, but I think that the head is not quite fitting onto the torso, because of its perspective. The camera is below the body but it seems like it is on the same height as the head, only considering the head. A bit more construction on the head might be a good foundation for this piece. Have a look at pic related. On the top left hand corner there is a head from below, that is pretty a bit more constructed.

You could construct the legs more, because I think it is really hard to pull of a leg, without proper construction. Having a look at references might be a good idea, especially on the right leg.
