Off to a good start! Keep in mind billboard lights (and any sort of directional cast light, those with a metal cap) cast this sort of light. The effect might be more diffuse on some but I think it should be hinted at to a degree, not just where the light falls off but around the lamps themselves, where it starts by lighting an expanding cone.

Also, check your perspective lines at the foot of the closest left building (with the door parallel to the street), the line you're using there is out of alignment with the VP.
