I think people are nitpicking / shitting on you because while it has some flaws it's still better than 98% of what /beg/ has to offer.
So don't let that discourage you.
Time to move on maybe, doubt anyone browses /beg that can actually really help you.

Having said that.
That pose doesn't really have a purpose, she's just standing there straight on and extending her arm like "here hold my beer". Or a mic drop maybe.
I have a problem like that as well, too many dynamic art studio poses without any practical expression.
So work on getting poses with purpose.

There is such a thing as too much muscle definition.
It goes from hungry skeleton - thin - normal human - athletic - bodybuilder - tumor-riddled freak.
Yours is somewhere between the last two, not because of the muscle-mass necessarily, but because some of the muscles bulge out too much.

She seems a bit stocky to me, if it wasn't for that neck pushing up her overall height she would look more like a dwarf instead of an elf.
