Where are viable places to be posting your art? I only have Twitter but that platform is so shit on top of all the social /pol/shit that happens there

Take into account that most just want to draw qt animu girl and it'll take a few years to just be at a passable state. That's if they don't give up by then and drop art entirely.
It'll only be another pond in dA looking through anime tutorials and skimming over crucial stuff like perspective.
