Assuming you are actually Kyle and not some random shitposter then please give more detail to your work and use full reference images instead of half references. I know you have a foot fetish but your toes an fingers are too big, this was apparent on your Kana picture. She was supposed to be a loli yet she has sausage workman fingers.

You do your face as you want we have seen your work but I think on this one you made the cheeks overall too small and everything else too big. the head itself could also use more hair to make it look bigger so that the eyes nose and mouth are smaller.
